All franchisee related training takes place at one of our direct-managed shops and includes in-depth instructions on the art of ramen-making and standard Santouka customer service. Training is for motivated ones who are ready to learn need to have the patience to succeed in making the best ramen in the industry. Those selected to join our franchisee-training program will succeed.
